Creates a cart with a name.

Signature:

createCart(context: ElasticPathIntegrationContext, params: CreateCartParams): Promise<Cart>;

# Parameters

Parameter Type Description
context ElasticPathIntegrationContext An auto-generated value prepended to the method as a first parameter.
params CreateCartParams An object which contains necessary properties for creating a cart.
