Uptime
From the Side Navigation choose Uptime.
The Uptime feature allows you to monitor the health and availability of both your application and its underlying infrastructure. It provides detailed views of current and historical uptime, helping you track incidents, understand service reliability, identify trends, and quickly access deeper insights when needed.
Uptime page
The Uptime page provides a centralized view of both your application's and infrastructure's availability. Here, you'll find separate uptime cards for the application and the infrastructure. Each card displays key availability metrics at a glance:
- Current uptime status — one of: UP, DOWN, PAUSED, STARTED, or UNKNOWN
- Most recent log event — includes timestamp, duration, and message (if available; may be empty if no incidents have occurred)
- Number of downtime incidents in the last 24 hours
- Downtime duration in the last 24 hours
- A bar chart showing daily uptime percentages over the past 28 days
To view more detailed information, simply click on a card. This will open a side sheet with expanded uptime data, logs, and availability metrics.
Uptime details
Clicking on an uptime card opens a side sheet that provides a comprehensive breakdown of uptime data for either the application or the infrastructure. At the top, you'll see:
- Current uptime status, displayed using the same visual indicator from the main page
- The most recent event log, including its duration and a short descriptive message (if available)
Below that, the periodic statistics section summarizes uptime and downtime patterns over four key time frames:
- Last 24 hours
- Last 7 days
- Last 2 weeks
- Last 4 weeks
For each period, you’ll see how long the service has been up or down, along with the number of downtime incidents recorded.
Below that, the bar chart visualizes daily uptime percentages over the past 28 days. This helps you identify reliability trends and assess performance against uptime targets. You can hover over each bar to see detailed information, including the uptime for that day and the associated deployment context.
Finally, the uptime logs section presents a detailed, scrollable list of events. Each entry includes:
- Event type — one of: UP, DOWN, PAUSED, STARTED, or UNKNOWN
- Timestamp
- Duration
- A brief message describing the event
